The Day That Changed Everything
Then, one person Professor Luc Ibriga, listened. I still remember the day vividly. I told him my story, my dream, my challenge.
He looked at me with a mix of seriousness and kindness and said: “Follow me.” We left his office and climbed onto his green motorcycle. The city streets blurred as we rode in silence. We stopped in front of a small bank. He walked in, withdrew around $500 CAD, placed the money in my hands, and said:
“Do not pay me back. Follow your dreams.”
